Hi All here is a test i did using the sonic pro 100 grains 1" cut shot at a 1x4 shooting a mathews lx set at 65 pounds @ 25 yards.I was verry impressed by how well it did i knew it would do great but i was again blown away there is no doubt the sonics penetrate anything in the wild you will shoot at.

Truth be told, this world is full of hunters with the ability to accomplish their hunting goals on their own. Yet the majority of hunters in this world have no knowledge of their true hunting abilities. Commitment and sacrifice are seen as something that is just out of reach or maybe not a choice. Failure is not an option to these hunters and they believe hunting success lies only in the kill. Should these hunters realize that they CAN commit, they CAN sacrifice and that failure is something that should be expected, they too will realize that they CAN do it on their own and they will experience success the way it should be experienced........ I plan on giving the buckmasters a try.
I dont measure a man's success by how high he climbs but how high he bounces when he hits bottom. -George S. Patton
I tried the Buckmasters broadheads this year, they flew great in the yard but I choked three times early in October and missed deer with all of them and dulled the three broadheads I had. As soon I get close to a place to buy replacement blades I am going to try them again in late season.
"...the deepest, most permanent features of all great moments outside are the names, faces, descriptions, and emotions. The antlers on the wall...well, they're just bones affixed to boards. But what they represent, however, is flesh and blood - fathers and sons, friends spending time with friends and the the seasons of life when the people we love were still with us. These old antlers on the wall...well, take a seat, my friend, and I'll tell you all about them." -Rev. Zeke Pipher
Next year I think I'm going to make a change. I want to get everything set up better on my bow and try shooting out past 40 yards more.
Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work.

I now have a new package of Sonic 125's that a fellow in Higginsport, Ohio gave me. Even though I don't shoot 125 grain I'm gonna see how much different they fly than my 100 grain and probably bring them to the campout to use. Anybody have any guess on how much diff from 100 grain heads? I'm assuming I will shoot a little low with them.

Good Stuff! I did try one of these heads at a target a few times last summer and they flew great. Any word on whether or not they'll venture into the mechanical market?
One Heritage....Many Stories
if i had to guess i would say no, what they put on the market now is top-notch(IMO)!!! but with the way companies expand these days, they may test the expandable broadhead market... who knows!!!Originally Posted by heritage hunters
