Question Been out of the woods for a while.

Haven't hunted in Ohio for a couple of years but moved back. Do I need to take a hunter's safety course to get my license this fall?

Have you ever held an Ohio license if so I wouldn't think you would need to but to be sure contact wildlife office or game warden in your area

some times it comes down to what yr you were born in and , also if you have a hunter ed card from a different state, or as stated, a old hunting lic from Ohio!

I have taken my hunters safety courses but I have never been asked for my hunters safety card in PA or OH. But out west I hear that is something that is checked.
