Brown in real butter
1 lb ground deer
1/4 chopped onion

1-26 oz. can Cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can Milk use soup can for measure
stir till boiling then

thicken with 2-tbsp. flour & 4-tbsp. water, mix until boiling again
turn down heat.

serve over cook egg noodles or mashed potatoes or

mix in 1/2 bag of cooked egg noodles into sauce mixture
and served over mashed potatoes...enjoy Sherry
