nice holla
I haven't caught the whole process of velvet shedding on a buck yet but this one was close!! As we were going through pictures from one of the food plots down in Ohio you could tell from the first pic of him across the field that he must have just shed that velvet. It's something how some have no blood on them after and this one was so bright with it.
Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work.

Enjoy your hunt- the long sit......... the cold.......the rain and snow......the peace and quiet, it may just be your last hunt........... you never know.
Nice young buck with great potential!

I think the reason soem are bloddy and some are not, is just how fast they peel it off, some deer get anoyed by it shedding, and kinda force the rest off fast, this bloodier than others, and I also think that is many times what makes some racks darker than others too
Wow that is pretty sweet. Thanks for sharing!
got to love the quality out of those coverts
