    Api Climbing tree stand

Hey guys. I was thinking about getting a new climber this year and I saw the Api marksman and it looks pretty nice. Its in my price range and it is only 16 lbs. That is a must because we hunt in southern ohio and I walk a long ways to my spot. Just wondering what your opinions are on climbers that are light and under 250 bucks. Thanks for your input.

Open Shot was tight. But I am 6'3" with wobbly knees. I would go bigger and side on comfort! I love safety bars.

I know this is off topic but have you ever considered a hang on stand? I love em, cuz I felt with my climber I was more or less hunting for the right tree rather than hunting the spot. Get yourself a LW and some sticks and there won't be a tree you can't climb.

My buddy bought an api climber last year and used it once and took it back. I suggested a summit like i use. He didnt want to spend the money so I let him borrow mine and he loved it. summit is the way to go and i suggest the goliath it is extremely roomy.
