Just bought my first bow last week, have been wanting to bow hunt for years finally made the move. Shot a lot of bows and fell in love with the Bowtech Insanity CPXL, 70# with a 31" draw. Going to spend the next year practicing and learning the bow and be ready for next year. Used to gun hunt years ago, finally getting back in the woods. Also like to shoot trap and sporting clays.

WOLF60- LUCAS CO.- BOWHUNTING FOR 40 YEARS- HUNTED PUBLIC MOSTLY BUT SOME PRIVATE-MATHEWS CLASSIC-DEER HUNTER-TURKEY HUNTER-I HAVE A PROBLEM. LAST WINTER I FELL AND TORE MY ROTATOR CUFF. THEY WERE UNABLE TO REPAIR IT. I DOUBT IF I WILL HAVE THE STRENGTH TO DRAW MY BOW IN THE CONVENTIONAL MANNER. I REALLY DONT WANT TO USE A CROSSBOW. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS? ANY HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED.

Wolf, welcome to the site, great people here, have a ball, as far as the injury sorry to hear that, they have a release that you actually pull your bowstring back by placeing it in your mouth, guess you just need a good set of strong teeth, i saw this some where and if i can remember i will contact you with more info, take care..........
