Wow some very cool character!! Great pics mrbb!
OK so here are a few more pic's from last nite
this one buck is a buck I had 2 yrs ago, with a 10 point frame, but back then was very very Thin, and had this same screwed up left side, not as severe, but very close, I didn't think he lived still, figured in 2 yrs no sightings, normally means it was killed
so either this is the same deer , only now an 8, but with much more mass, or a new one for me to see, either way pretty cool buck I think, hope he makes 2 more yrs too!
and my other freaky deer
And last a picture of a flying squirrel, can see how big there eye's are, and time is right, its 3 am,
Wow some very cool character!! Great pics mrbb!
Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work.

pretty cool how old do you think the 1st deer is
Well if its the deer I think it is, it is 4 yrs old now
but I am not 100% ,I have tons of deer up here, and most bucks go MIA about the time the velvey goes off, more to cheaters than , just the normal moving off deal bucks do
the buck I think it is , is from 2 yrs ago, looked like this but super thin rack, them MIA till now, or its a new buck
I am the last farm on apretty huge mature forest, and closest other farm is about 4+ miles, so I don't get a ton of new bucks often, I don't know of, but never know
More good photos. The flying squirrel is great. Very seldom see them caught on game cameras. I have a few on my property, but have yet to get one on film.
I may be opinionated...but, my opinion is the only one that matters anyway.
If you really want to get pic's of flying squirrels, a friend of mine found that by taking peanut butter and sticking a bunch of peanuts to a tree in front of a trail cam at last light, he used to check his cam daily, and it was in his back yard, he got tons of flying tree rats on camera that way
I used to do it in my back yard, but never set up a cam over it
reason you need to set the peanuts out at last light is, regular rats get to them first if you don't
