They say when ever your hunting in extreme cold for bison and such, the tv guys all use whiskers because they cant freeze.
Fixed and drop away. Easy answers. Why do you want to add another piece of equipment to your setup which has the potential to fail because of mechanics (expandable broadheads). And before someone says I'm contradicting myself, I've never had my trophy ridge drop-away rest not drop away, but I guess it can happen after reading Redneck's post. I just think less contact between your arrow and your rest has got to be best accuracy wise, and more forgiving.
"...the deepest, most permanent features of all great moments outside are the names, faces, descriptions, and emotions. The antlers on the wall...well, they're just bones affixed to boards. But what they represent, however, is flesh and blood - fathers and sons, friends spending time with friends and the the seasons of life when the people we love were still with us. These old antlers on the wall...well, take a seat, my friend, and I'll tell you all about them." -Rev. Zeke Pipher

Guys i bought some easton flatliner arrows and n.a.p. drop away rest. and i see a huge improvement in accuracy. I am shooting groups that are literally inches apart. very excited for some 3d shoots. thanks for all the advice. its made a world of difference for me.
1. IMO fixed blades can never fail you. Mech blades have failed me. I went back to fixed.
If there were 8 days in a week I would hunt 8 days
Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work.
