Thanks, I'd be happy to help where I can. The lease Imentioned above was this past year and I'm not sure the guy will be willing to lease again. Nothing I did wrong he was in money trouble last year and needed cash fast. I should find out next month if he will lease again (taxes) but if not I want to find another property.
