Has anyone hunted the tappan lake land? I've hunted there a few years now with no luck. Just wondering how everyone is doing.
Tappen is a about 15 miles from where I live. Don't know too many people who have hunted it, and have not heard or seen anything about any good bucks coming from around there over the years. I think alot of people go there from out of state, not locals, so they may have had successful hunts and I never heard anything about it. One thing I do know, the cabins are full every year and rented for several years in advance.
I have strong opinions about God, Guns, Guitars and Harley Davidsons, I can remain open minded about everything else.

i hunt tappan every year i have killed a pile of does from there n had a few shots at nice bucks, ive got a spot there i have killed a deer every year there for the last 5 years , i didnt make it there this year probably why i still deerless this season lol ya need sum help let me know i know the area well and its over looked my oppion for good deer and #s of deer ....Freak
