Hi everybody! New to the forum, hoping to find some good info about bow hunting.
Been hunting just gun season, and decided to give bow a try
Cool thing happened today, was off work and my son got home from school ( 16 years old )
And I asked him if he wanted to go to Dicks with me so i could get my license renewed and get my tags. He says "Dad I want to go bow hunting too, can I take the money out of my savings account to buy my own crossbow?"
WOW!
He is an xbox kid, and its literally holy terror trying to get him out of the house!
Spent the last 2 hours out in the back yard sighting in his Horton, kids putting together 1" groups from 25 yards. Proud of him, but now i need to get brushed up and learn a bunch about bow season so we can get some deer together!
