That's the way I see it. If your using scent they are coming from down wind. Keep as scent free as possible and movement to a minimal.
As I am sitting here waiting for the big one to show i cant help but to wonder about something. We worry so much about wind and being scent free and spend all kinds of money on tinks and such. We sit with the wind at our face expecting the deer from that direction. We throw out some 10 dollar tinks hoping it will bring them in but all it does is blow the scent the opposite direction. So is it safe to say that when using lures it doesnt matter so much about wind as long as you have taken all the steps you can to being "scent free"?
