    Antlered Deer On Team Challenge

I know it has only been 10 days, but not one antlered deer checked in by any teams. Are we all passing the smaller bucks waiting for Mr. Big? I know I'm guilty of this and haven't killed a buck for two years because I let the smaller racks walk.

Guilty as charged here, I'd rather eat my buck tag then kill a small one. I've had numerous oppurtunities, but I try my best to let the little ones go! It's those 125" bucks that get me, I'll pass one five times throughout the year and come end of season wish I had my tag on one. But then again, come July-august when I see they've gotten bigger I'm glad I made the right choice. Only chance of me shooting a small one, if he runs up on me and looks bigger than he is, or as a management buck.

I haven't laid eyes on a buck yet either. Going to hunt a stand this evening that allows me to see quite a distance. Not one of my favorite stands but the wind today dictates I hunt that stand or stay home. Staying home is not an option. Maybe I will at least get to see an antlered deer this evening.

Not seeking a monster buck, of course unless one show's up, but I've only seen a few young 4 pts. They get a pass.

The only deer I had in range my only time out this year was a 1.5yr old fork horn. I had him broadside at 12yds for 10 minutes. He got the pass.

Forgot to mention I haven't stepped foot in my #1 area yet. Trying real hard to stay out of there for another 2 weeks.

Guess we don't have any folks who pattern their buck on food and kill him the first week. I know I sure don't do that either. Hoping a gnarly old boy comes apast me during the rut.
