I'd put him in the 120-125 (I think 125 would be on the high side) range, hard to judge without seeing him from the side also. But typically, to measure their tine length from the field, I use the front corner of the eye (corner closest to the nose) to the tip of the nose is around 7", fully mature deer-ear tip to ear tip is usually around 18" (but I always use 16" as my basis, depends on the size of the ear), and the eye is usually 1" across. Not sure how many people use these, but thats how I determine what a deer will score from pics or while on stand.
