Shot the new bow for the first time this past Friday. At 20-25 yards I was putting 6 arrows in about a three inch group. When I moved back to 30 yards those same 6 arrows became about a 9 inch grouping. I don't have a kisser button on the string and my buddy was watching my anchor point and he said I was all over the place at the longer distance. We stopped right there. I will shoot again after I get the kisser button and see how it goes then.

Another thing you can do instead of a kisser button, if you have a peep sight installed, is touch the string to the tip of your nose. That with the peep sight can help you get your points of alignment to be consistent. Also a great help when you are up in a treestand trying to make a downward shot.

I agree with Big Holla...tip of the nose is a great reference. Nothing wrong with a kisser, but each addition reduces your speed a wee bit.

I just got a new bow this offseason. I miss the constant anchor of a kisser and am planning on adding one. I'll sacrifice a couple fps for a better shot when that big buck is in my sights.
