well looks good, the key to clover plots to me is staying on top of them, mowing and or spraying
deer sould be all over that stuff this time of yr too,

These are a few pics of the clover plot I had step by step pics of in the "whos planting spring plots"thread. This was the second time I have mowed mowed it . The clover was atleast 8-10" thick of lush heartland forested trail and whitetail institute imperial clover.I couldnt be happier with the results!! Highly recommend forested trail to anyone who wants a plot deep in the cover! Plot is about 95% clover and 5% weed growth! To me thats a success! Deer are also pounding it so thats a good thing!

If I'm not mistaken doesn't the forest trail mix have a large % of rye grass in it? I personally can't stand rye grass.......there are better options.
Plot looks good though!
