i count the days down everyyear, just to not have anywhere to place my treestands,, ive been on a search for a local lease for three years now with no luck,,i then have to turn to option b, witch is hunting the tiny bit of public land here in clark county that dont even start until 2 1/2 weeks into october. then the woods are full of squrral hunters. ive asked so many people for permission that im about to start asking them all over again. just no luck i guess. but still cannot wait to get in the woods,,good luck everyone

Yes, gonna be here before awe know it. This weather isn't getting me much in the hunting mood though. I just hope the hot weather doesn't linger into September and October. The dry weather is going to make the early season interesting. Leaves will probably fall much sooner than usual this year, so that will impact our stand placement.
