well I figured it out, took a little bit of research on google but the allen key sets I bought apparently weren't complete sets and had sizes missing in between the largest and smallest, $7 at Harbor...

I'm 99.9% it's an Allen head, looks just like all the other screws on the bow, just none fit.....the fiber optic pins fit one of the small standard Allen wrenches....I don't see why they would use...
Ok so I'm completely dumbfounded here, I'm trying to get my new bow sighted in and I bought a tru glo carbon xs sight. Well the Allen screw to adjust the sight elevation and windage doesn't fit any...
