Have you tried involving the law, I think after that much of an investment in time, and money, I would go to every possible measure to resolve at least some of it, That is crazy
I have never had a clearance problem with mine, there are two different launchers though I think, used the deeper one
QAD is my favorite, get the hd tho, had them for years, and not one problem

I shoot an Athen's, which I really like, Think your best bet is to shoot as many as you can, and let it pick you, goodluck, there are a lot of awesome bows out there

A 50# bow will kill a deer just as dead as a 70#, I shoot little under 60# , all pass thru;s, , Not being smart, but sure feels good drawing lower poundage when its cold :)
Agree with most of what's been said, A well tuned bow , with straight arrows and inserts ,should shoot almost any BH correctly. I always put BH's on every arrow, and spin, then shoot, find the best...
