well its been a while since I priced lease lands in Ohio, but 30 an acre seems high to me, but then again all things cost more today than a few yrs back so??
BUT a 100 acre's
the right 100 acres can be worth a LOT, and can handle a few hunters, but a 100 acres isn't a lot of land to be honest, I'd be careful with how many guys you get in on it, as pressure on it and trying to play the wind, , you can get smart deer real fast if not careful
