There are two main types of window collisions - daytime and nighttime. In daylight, birds crash into windows because they see reflections of vegetation, or see through the glass to potted plants or vegetation on the other side. At night, nocturnal migrants crash because they fly into lighted windows. Learn more about how to prevent daytime AND nighttime window strikes. Also find out more about the Ohio Bird Conservation Initiative's (OBCI) Ohio Lights Out program, which is working to reduce the number of birds killed by collisions in Ohio.http://feeds.feedburner.com/~ff/OdnrDivisionOfWildlife?d=yIl2AUoC8zA (http://feeds.feedburner.com/~ff/OdnrDivisionOfWildlife?a=nUzao6Lj--E:YpJ9TJ6yLdA:yIl2AUoC8zA) http://feeds.feedburner.com/~ff/OdnrDivisionOfWildlife?i=nUzao6Lj--E:YpJ9TJ6yLdA:V_sGLiPBpWU (http://feeds.feedburner.com/~ff/OdnrDivisionOfWildlife?a=nUzao6Lj--E:YpJ9TJ6yLdA:V_sGLiPBpWU) http://feeds.feedburner.com/~ff/OdnrDivisionOfWildlife?d=qj6IDK7rITs (http://feeds.feedburner.com/~ff/OdnrDivisionOfWildlife?a=nUzao6Lj--E:YpJ9TJ6yLdA:qj6IDK7rITs) http://feeds.feedburner.com/~ff/OdnrDivisionOfWildlife?i=nUzao6Lj--E:YpJ9TJ6yLdA:gIN9vFwOqvQ (http://feeds.feedburner.com/~ff/OdnrDivisionOfWildlife?a=nUzao6Lj--E:YpJ9TJ6yLdA:gIN9vFwOqvQ)
